Therapist asked me to keep a log to catch my negative thoughts, so I spent half an hour trying to find an iOS app that will help me do that and feeling like a complete fucking moron asshole because I can't.
Day One says it has Templates, but it doesn't, really, unless you only want to use them at a specific time of day.
I tried making a Siri Shortcut with text prompts but I'm too stupid to figure that out.
